We don't collect your data. We don't want it. We don't store it, sell it, share it, or look at it. Our apps run on your device, stay on your device, and mind their own business. So should everyone else.
That's the whole policy. Everything below is the legal scaffolding that says the same thing in ways that hold up in court.
Rhythm of Shadow Studios, LLC is a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

We collect no personal data. None.
Specifically, we do not collect, process, store, transmit, sell, share, or otherwise handle:
Our apps do not require you to create an account, log in, register, or provide any information of any kind to use them.
All app data — including game saves, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We have no servers. We have no databases. We have no backend that receives anything from your device related to your use of our apps.
We do not use iCloud, Google Drive, or any cloud sync service to store or transmit your gameplay data without your explicit, affirmative action to enable such a feature, where applicable.
Our apps do not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, data brokers, or social media SDKs.
To the extent any third-party frameworks are used (such as Apple's native iOS frameworks), those frameworks operate under Apple's own privacy policies and terms. We do not independently transmit data to Apple or any other third party beyond what occurs as a standard function of the iOS operating system itself, which is outside our control and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not use third-party crash reporting services that link crash data to user or device identifiers.
Where our apps include multiplayer or group play features, those features operate exclusively on a single physical device shared among players in the same physical location. No data is transmitted over a network. No player accounts are created. No user information is exchanged with any server or third party.
Our apps contain no advertisements of any kind. Our apps contain no in-app purchases, microtransactions, subscriptions, or premium content gating of any kind.
Our apps do not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data whatsoever, our apps are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at the address in Section 1 and we will take immediate action — though given that we collect nothing, this scenario is effectively impossible by our architecture.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict on your behalf. Nevertheless, we acknowledge the following rights under applicable law:
We protect your data by not having it. The most secure data is data that was never collected in the first place. Our architecture enforces this by design, not by policy alone.
If we update this policy, we will post the updated version at rhythmofshadowstudios.com/privacy with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be noted in app update release notes. Continued use of our apps following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
We do not anticipate material changes, because "we collect nothing" is a stable position.
